The Pakistani Supreme Court on Monday continued its hearing into the notification of the Moto of the ongoing Political Limbo after the National Assembly (NA) representative of Qasim Suri speaker rejected the movement of not confidence in Prime Minister Imran Khan a day ago, after which parliament was dissolved.
Pakistani Judge Chairman (CJP) Umar Ata said the court would consider the legality of the current situation and issued a “reasonable order”. He further said, “The speaker has wisdom to reject the dissolution.”
Greater bench, consisting of CJP, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel, Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, currently heard this problem.
In other developments, Khan called on the meeting of the Pakistani Parliamentary Council of Teaek-e-Casaf (PTI) on Tuesday. Ani’s input, citing the ‘Nation’ of Pakistan, said that Khan would lead a meeting of the parliamentary council which could discuss the distribution of tickets for the next general election.
Pakistan is in the midst of the main political turmoil after the opposition parties moved the movement of not confidence in Khan aged 69 years. This motion was dismissed by the representative of the speaker in the National Assembly on Sunday amid fears that politicians who turned into the majority in parliament homes were lower 342-members in the event of a voting.
Furthermore, President Arif Alvi dissolved the National Assembly of Khan’s advice, which he could not do until the results of the voting did not believe it appeared.
The opposition then moved the apex court and the three-member bench holding the early hearing during the weekend. This issued a notification to all respondents, including the President and Vice Speaker.
The country’s top court also ordered all parties not to take “unconstitutional” size and delay the trial until Monday.
“All procurement by representatives of the speaker and suggestions by the Premier to dissolve uncertaintal assembly,” the news agency PTI quoted the Constitutional Lawyer Salman Akram King said.
Describing the illegality of the verdict, he said the Prime Minister could not give advice to the Assembly after the motion was not confident presented in parliament against him.
