Government employees who obey the norms of two children will also get two additional increases during all services, maternity leave or father of 12 months with full salaries and benefits and free health care facilities and insurance coverage to couples.

Also, couples who live below the poverty line, only have one child and undergo voluntary sterile surgery on himself or a partner must be eligible for additional payments from the government for the number of lump-sum one time RS 80,000 if the only child is a boy , and Rs 1 lakh if the only child is a girl.
