The Supreme Court on Friday rejected Plea guarantees Delhi Sikh Counto and former leader of Congress Sajjan Kumar after noting that his medical condition was stable and increased. The top court on August 24 directed the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) to verify Kumar’s medical conditions, which served life imprisonment in the 1984 anti-sikh anti-sikh case and seek interim guarantees on health land.

Dustyant Dave’s senior advocate, emerged for a complainant in this problem, said that Kumar received an anticipatory guarantee from the Delhi High Court in 2010 and he was sent to prison only after his belief. “It’s surprising,” he told the bench, adding that people were slaughtered during the riots. “I have a serious reservation about private hospitals and this strong accusation,” Dave said, adding that the top court in September last year fired Kumar’s request seeking health insurance.
The Delhi High Court flipped Kumar’s release by the trial court in 2013 in this case related to the murder of five Sikh in the Raj Nagar Part-I area at Palais Colony in Southwest Delhi on 1-2 November 1984, and the burning of Down of a Gurdwara in Raj Nagar Part -II. The riots broke out after the killing of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on October 31, 1984, by two Sikh’s bodyguards.
In its decision, the High Court was punished and sentenced to Kumar to imprison for “the rest of the natural life” in this case, by saying the riots were “crimes against humanity” carried out by those who enjoyed “political patronage” and assisted by a “” Enforcement Agency ” indifferent law.
