After US President Joe Biden urged Americans not to panic over Omicron, his main medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci on Monday echoed his view and emphasized vaccination against Coronavirus (Covid-19), even when the world rushed to bring more preventive steps to check Surge in case because of a new variant.

Fauci said that while the emergence of new tensions is a matter of worries, no need to panic because there are more “tools we have.” He also said that the next step will be made based on more data and research on new variants.

“No single shower emphasized the president is that this is something we worry about but absolutely should not panic. We have many tools we have and we will act and react according to when data and science in and we will make the steps according to us according to us That, “said the Top US immunology referring to the address of Biden to his country.

Biden urges Americans not to panic about the variant and confirm that vaccination and full booster are “best protection” of this disease. He especially insisted on the dose of booster.

“Most Americans are fully vaccinated but have not been encouraged. If you are 18 years old or more and fully vaccinated before June 1, get a booster shot today. The people who are fully vaccinated are the most protected towards Covid.”

Emphasizing this point, Fauci also said that Booster supports the protection offered by the vaccine against the “variant” disease. “The President encourages people to vaccinate and those who are vaccinated to get their booster shots because it will bring up the level of protection against any variant, the way we have seen, as he did with Delta,” he added.

Biden also ensure that the US government will accelerate the development and spread of vaccines or booster that are updated for omicron variants, if needed. He also urges people to continue to wear masks when inside or in general settings.

“I want to repeat: Dr. Fauci believes that the vaccine currently gives at least some protection against new variants and booster strengthens the protection significantly,” he said during the address.

Also, the US centered on controlling and prevention of disease (USDC), the country’s health agency, has now recommended the driving for all adults (people over 18 years). Previously, he approved a booster for all adults but recommended it only for those over 50 years old, but now has expanded his advisor remembering a new variant.
